  1. Same Gender Loving
  2. Brotha-z or Sista-z
  3. BriSta-z
  4. In The Life
  5. European-American
  6. Pharaoh Mentality
  7. Kulture” is a term  used to remove and think outside of the stereotypical names of associated with the Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender and Same Gender Loving community. The purpose of spelling culture with a "K" is to imply a relentless pursuit of knowledge. You may not fall under any of the labels above. In this Kulture, there is an evolution process of growing and understanding. You will find me using this word to stress in some areas the continued knowledge and/or danger of labeling.

This book’s focus is not to convince heterosexuals to embrace, love, and support or change their position on homosexuality.

Although I am better than no one, No one is better than me.

Ten Ways Not To Study The Bible

      The Mistake

      Healthy Solution

Taking the text out of its context. Colossians 3:22 Slaves, obey in everything those who are your earthly masters, not with eye service, as men-pleasers, but in singleness of heart, fearing the Lord.

A text out of context is a pretext.  This scripture was used by many to rationalize slavery.

Interpreting a poetic image in a literal way. Psalms 36.1 The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.

Interpret poetic language as poetry. The books of Psalms, Songs, Lamentations & Job are biblical poetry. It is called strict rhythm poetry the writing of “ideas and thoughts”. The writers are penning life experiences, history, inspirations and evil thoughts.

My primary goal in this chapter is to assist you in reviewing the Bible with an open heart and not fear. The church and the bible deserve the utmost respect but this does not mean we do not have the right to question the policies of the policies and the creation myths of the bible. This book is not written as an instrument to question the validity of God or Divine Creator. This is just simple information on a controversial subject that hopefully will assist you with whatever learning curve you may be on.

When God began to create life out of nothing God had the wherewithal to understand everything. As much as people would like to think they know more than God because they read the Bible is naïve and arrogant.....

What is in the Book of Romans?

The scriptures in the Book of Romans are the easiest of the negative text used against our Kulture. This is a not a complicated issue.

In the Book of Romans, the scriptures have been used and abused for centuries. An area of Bible study that usually causes a misunderstanding of the scripture is when people read one verse and not any preceding (before) or succeeding (after) verses (the Bible scholars love that kind of talk J).

Romans, to me, are probably the easiest of the terror texts to review because it is so plain. Remember, when people tell you this is a complicated issue, what should you do? Run like hell:)

Romans is considered to be one Paul’s greatest writings. In the book he describes some of the challenges in the city of Rome. He questions the competing religious systems because most of them humanize God and imply and/or create a belief that “man can fix everything” without God’s help.

      Religious Community Internal Fighting

Corinth was one of the major urban centers of the ancient Mediterranean and one of the most culturally diverse cities in the Roman Empire.  Roles during these ancient times were determined by social status. The people with wealth and power preferred religious, philosophical and political ideologies that supported their positions of power.  The Corinthian Christians were like most Christians today they had their own social interest, which seemed natural from their perspective..

I have found most pro-Homosexuality and the Bible writings are more like witch hunts with the view point of any time there are two Biblical characters of the same sex developing a close relationship the interpretation is viewed as “Eros” or the layperson translation:  “see, they are gay; so, we’re okay.” Noble as this may seem, it is more like reaching for Popsicles on a sunny beach; eventually, it is going to melt.

In lieu of looking for homosexuality in the Bible, facilitate your studies using Love in the Bible as your primary tool. When you see love, you see God; when you see hate, you see the human experience refusing to be obedient to the God of Love. Love in the Bible takes you down the path of not looking for bad, but redefining what is good.

The Bible is an historical account of a series of events. In the recording of the events we have secrecy, hidden agendas, lost records, errors in translations. No one was...

      1. What is a Eunuch?

During ancient times eunuchs, served various roles. Many were assigned to oversee the ruler’s court, and were often given positions as trusted officials. A eunuch has come to be known as man who was not very masculine in the courts of the ancient rulers.

The word eunuch(s) is listed 35 times in the Bible. The word is sometimes interchanged with the word foreigner and chamberlain. In the Bible, you will find three common types of Eunuchs:

      (1) House Servant        (2) High Ranking Official          (3) Guard

In the Webster’s dictionary, you find the following definition of eunuchs:

      1. A castrated man employed as a harem attendant or as a functionary in certain Asian courts.
      2. A man or boys whose testes are nonfunctioning or have been removed.
      3. Informal. An ineffectual, powerless, or unmasculine man.
